Navigating to TIN Matching
TIN Matching is located in your side navigation.
If you already have Payers available, they will be listed in the TIN Matching table.
Importing Payers
If you haven't entered any Payers yet, you can import them by clicking on Import.
Follow Our Instruction
Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare payers you would like to import. Need a template? Yearli provides a downloadable template for your convenience labeled Template & Instructions.
Browse for Your File
Once your import template is ready, click on Browse for File.
With your file selected, click Import.
A Start Import text box will appear. Click Start Import to begin the import immediately and a pop-up notice will appear when the import is complete. Or, if you will be closing the program before the import is complete, you can add an email address to be notified via email when the import process is finished.
Success! You have now imported your Payers and Recipients. Click OK to continue.
Submit a TIN Matching Request
After you import, you're brought back to TIN matching. Select the check box next to the Payer you wish to submit for TIN matching. You can submit payers individually or more than one at a time.
Once you have the Payer you want to submit selected, click Send TIN Match.
You will receive a confirmation that your file has successfully been sent. The results are typically available within 24-72 hours.
View TIN Request Status
An email will be sent to the account owner when the report is ready, but all users will have access. Returning to TIN matching to check the status of your results and click View Status in the Status card to see your listed requests.
Each request will show up here. The status can be located at the far right. Once your report is ready, you'll be able to retrieve it from this section.
