NEW! Account Management Features
- Account Owner information is now visible in the Technical Support section of My Account. This is to help direct Team Members on who to go to when they need assistance within their company.
- A Backup Account Owner can now be added to your account by going to My Account > Edit Information. By adding a Backup Account Owner, you can easily and quickly regain access to your account in the event that you lose access to your account. NEW! Product Features
- Our new Selective Checkout allows you to choose if you'd like to file all forms in the Cart or only forms you have added to the Cart.
- You will now receive a pop-up warning if you are about to change information for a recipient that has an existing form in-progress or a form in the cart. The pop-up explains that information on the forms in these areas will be overwritten by the action.
- There is now a Select All checkbox for if you need to resend online retrieval emails to your recipients. Previously, you could only check one recipient at a time.
- Further clarity is provided on what happens upon clicking Submit in the Cart, as well as when you can expect a status update on your filings.
NEW! Report Features
- Recipient information has been placed in separate columns to aid in transferring data into Yearli import templates, as well as in cleaning up your Payer & Recipient Database by clearly identifying duplicate records. The added columns consist of Recipient First Name, Recipient Middle Initial, Recipient Last Name, Recipient Suffix, and Recipient Name If Company. These columns have been added to the following reports:
- Payer & Recipient Report
- Returns Report
- Filing History Report
- Filing Status Report
- Data Detail Report
